ELMER, Kenneth Frank (Ken)
BSc, MPhil, CEng, MInstMC
Ken retired on 31st August 2016. Before that, he worked at the Nottingham Trent University.
He started in the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering but from August 2001
moved to Local IT Support Services, particularly the Nottingham Business School & Academic Legal Studies
From December 2006 he moved to Information systems, covering the University file servers, storage,
remote access secure logons and Active Directory. Based in the Barnes Wallis building.
then moved on to the City Gate East building.
Also used to do University training for electrical testing of Portable Appliances (PAT).
